The online, self-paced course is hosted by executive coach and author of Getting Unstuck: A Guide to Moving Your Career Forward, Meredith Leigh Moore.

You'll learn how to overcome mental burnout and imposter syndrome. This course will teach you how to apply the lessons from Getting Unstuck: A Guide to Moving Your Career Forward to impact your organization positively.

In the introduction, you'll meet Meredith Leigh Moore and learn how to use your Insight Discovery profile to recognize your strengths, opportunities, and communications preferences.

If you are currently dealing with a tough decision, you'll learn how to clarify your strengths and set goals that motivate you to move forward. The first module teaches you how to get unstuck by using the power of systems and the four rules to getting unstuck in today's uncertain environment.

If you are struggling to find the time to move forward, module two teaches you how to strengthen your belief system to be more confident. Learn how to create intentional affirmations to increase a positive outlook.

If you want to build your dream team, in the third module, understand where you are stuck and create the right plan to build your board of directors, including mentors, sponsors, and advisors.

Students should have a current resume, a basic understanding of their personal and professional strengths, and a positive track record at work.

We will not cover topics like completing online job applications, using job search engines, formatting your resume, services, or starting a business.

At the end of the course, students will be able to:

  • Create systems to achieve your personal and professional goals.
  • Feel confident about your unique career experience and ideal work environment.
  • Activate your network to build your board of directors.
  • Coach yourself daily to overcome imposter syndrome and mental burnout.

Each course enrollment includes a one-on-one 60 minute debrief with Meredith Moore to review your Insights Discovery profile.

If you want to be inspired by the impact you can have inside and outside corporate America, meet Meredith Leigh Moore. After leading brand and reputation communications for McDonald's, 3M, and Comcast, Meredith now creates opportunities for inclusion through programs and partnerships. As president of Leverette Weekes, Meredith helps corporations authentically connect with inclusive resources to support their development and advance women in the workplace. Based in the Twin Cities, Meredith leverages her experience and network to share lessons to help everyone advance at work in Getting Unstuck: A Guide to Moving Your Career Forward.

After Meredith’s career started in finance, she found herself writing for the chief operations officer of McDonald’s USA. Meredith supported the most diverse senior leadership in the history of McDonald’s, including the historic rise of the company’s first African American CEO. During her time at the largest fast food restaurant in the world, Meredith led award-winning global initiatives and external brand engagement resulting in McDonald’s recognition as a diversity leader and talent developer.

Meredith’s journey through the ranks to become the youngest director at McDonald’s is featured in Successful Women Think Differently by Valorie Burton and a variety of other publications, including Diversity Woman magazine. She has been recognized as one of Ebony magazine’s Top 30 Young Leaders magazine and is the youngest recipient of Howard University’s Global Visionary Award. She has also been recognized by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal’s annual 40 Under 40 Awards.

An advocate for access to education, Meredith holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Howard University and a master’s of science in managerial communications from Northwestern University. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and Public Relations Society of America. She shares her insights for Forbes.com readers as a member of the Forbes Coaching Council. Outside work, Meredith is on the national governing board of Jeremiah Program, a national nonprofit supporting single moms with safe, affordable housing, career-track education, and their children’s high-quality early childhood education. During her free time, she enjoys reading, playing with her two young sons.

Getting Unstuck Academy is a self-paced online course. Group coaching packages include monthly live, learning events. The Getting Unstuck mastermind is a live event that happens twice a year.
